    This is the unit that allows you to control how fast and how much solder wire is "pushed" into the soldering target area.

    Soldering Wire Feeder
    The photo shows two wire feed assemblies.
    Each one has the mounting spool for the roll of solder and the motor which pushes the solder (controlled by the wire feed controll unit) to where it is melted by the lamp beam that travels through the fiber optic and is then focused by the lens.
