Robots are used in a wide range of industrial applications. Some of the earlier robots and robot system applications were in material handling, spot welding, and spray painting. Today they continue to be used to do jobs that are often associated with performing highly repetitive, hot, heavy, and hazardous routine applications such as die casting, and spot welding and spray painting. For example, the use of welding robot has become routine in many industries.
We design and build robotic cells tailored to our customers' specific manufacturing requirements. Our areas of expertise include MIG/TIG welding, polishing and deburring. For example, the system we use in a welding cell is not just hastily "slapped together" and a lot of thought and experience are put into it. Our process begins with a rebuilt used robot arm and controller that have been rebuilt using the best robot parts available. With the addition of the welding power source, torch and robotic interface, the cell is ready for the turntable or positioner and safety features. Finally the custom built, customer tailored welding cell is tested and then delivered. We stand behind what we build and deliver with warranties and email and phone support. |
