WE REQUIRE THAT EQUIPMENT BE ON SKIDS OR CRATED AND...
The robot arm is in the "squatted" position if possible.
The arm does not extend over any edge of the skid, that is, nothing overhanging the edges
Arm to be bolted, not strapped to the skid. (strapping may damage arm)
Controller must be strapped/banded to the skid (strapping must not pass over the door)
Teach pendant to be bubble wrapped and placed in controller or in a box banded to the skid.
Cables to be disconnected from arm to controller & wrapped around the base of the controller. May also be placed on top of controller or put into a box, then banded to skid.
All items must be shrink wrapped
Accessories such as manuals must be boxed then banded to skid.
